Colortude ships by weight. In order to create free shipping on certain items the weight will be considered 1 ounce regardless of the actual weight.
Orders ship within 1-3 business day of receipt of payment (weekends & holidays and store closures excluded). Some orders ship the same day depending on how busy we are and the time of day your payment is received. It is our firm belief that once a product is paid for, it should be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipped to receive.
Colortude uses USPS – United States Postal Service.
As of this time we only ship to the United States. This will change and include International Sales in the near future.

Most DVDs are compatibility with over 96% of stand alone DVD players. Unfortunately there are still some compatibility issues with DVDs, mainly with older players.* If you experience any problems viewing your DVD please check it in other DVD players as well as on your computer. If you are still unable to play the DVD and would like to return it we will accept as long as it is still in the same condition you recieved it. (no new scratches, etc) for a refund.
DVD printing is done on Thermal Retransfer Printers.
*DVD information: Over 96% of the DVD players on the market today will play your DVD. These players are usually produced by the major manufacturers and are 100% DVD compliant. So what about the other 4%? Well, some DVD manufacturers, in a rush to get their products to market, build their machines to work on most discs, realizing that some DVD features may not work.
The DVD you receive from Colortude is 100% DVD compliant as specified by the DVD Consortium — a group comprised of the ten companies who originated the DVD format. We only produce high-quality, state-of-the-art products. If play problems arise, please check the dvd in a different dvd player as well as a computer.
